Dr. Lindsay Peaster is an educator, communicator, and certified presenter with a passion for helping people understand one another and communicate more effectively. With a background in speech-language pathology and a Ph.D. in Special Education, she brings a unique blend of communication expertise, educational experience, humor, and practical application to every group she serves.
Throughout her 24 years of teaching, Lindsay has developed two innovative classroom models, including Middle Grounds, a middle school communication course where temperament principles are woven into daily lessons on leadership, teamwork, relationships, and everyday life. She brings that same practical approach to presentations with large and small groups, school staffs, sports teams, churches, businesses, couples, and families, tailoring each experience to the people in the room.
Lindsay believes relationships change when people truly understand themselves and one another. She has seen the value of temperament language firsthand in her classroom, family, friendships, and professional relationships.
Lindsay lives in Madison, Georgia, with her husband and three sons. She loves traveling, building relationships, and welcomes opportunities to share this message with groups near and far. When she isn’t teaching or presenting, you can often find her on a sideline, in the bleachers, or in the stands, cheering on her boys.
