Delete your I Said You Heard account

I Said You Heard is provided by Kind Words Are Cool, LLC.

In the app, open Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. If you use Sign in with Apple, you may be asked to sign in with Apple again to revoke access.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account. We verify ownership before deleting data.

Account deletion removes your profile, app conversations, saved memory, journals, progress, and associated facilitation content. Shared reports containing your contribution are removed. Records required for financial reconciliation may be retained without your app account identifier; backups are removed through the backup retention process.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, and limited security logs for up to 90 days. Records needed for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention or other legal obligations may be retained for up to seven years, or longer if required by law. Payment providers retain information under their own policies.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed to prevent future charges. Store refund rules apply. If you recreate your account, contact support for help restoring a subscription tied to the deleted account.
